624.01 GAMBLING IN GENERAL.

No person shall engage in gambling or play any game of chance of any kind, including wagering on the results of horse races or of other sports, or with cards, dice, punchboards, slot machines, lotteries or any other device or means, for money or any other valuable thing, or for anything representing money or other valuable thing.
