618.22 TRANSIENT AND SHOW DOGS.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any dog belonging to any person in the City, which dog is on a sojourn or to be used for bench or show purposes, provided that the dog remains near its owner or keeper or his wagon, motor vehicle or other effects, and is not otherwise allowed to run at large.
