618.21 INJURY TO OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY BY DOGS.

No person shall own, keep or harbor, or allow to be in or upon any premises occupied by him or under his charge or control, any dog that in any manner injures or destroys any real or personal property belonging to another.
