618.16 POISONING OR INJURING DOGS.

No person shall administer or cause to be administered poison of any kind to any dog, or in any manner injure, maim or destroy, or attempt to injure, maim or destroy, any dog that is the property of another, or place any poison or poisoned food where the same is accessible to any dog.
