618.12 REMOVAL OF COLLAR, HARNESS, TAG, TATTOO OR MICROCHIP.

No person shall remove or cause to be removed the collar, harness, metallic tag, tattoo or microchip from any dog without the consent of the owner, keeper or harborer thereof.
