480.01 APPLICATION OF TRAFFIC CODE.

Riders of bicycles and drivers of motor bicycles, while operating the same on the public streets of the City, shall be subject to all of the regulations, restrictions and prohibitions contained in this Traffic Code and other traffic ordinances of the City.
