430.25 DRAGGING ROPES, CHAINS, ETC., BEHIND VEHICLES.

No person shall permit any rope, strap, chain or other article to drag behind any vehicle while in use on the streets of the City, except persons operating vehicles transporting gasoline, benzine or other inflammable materials.
