430.23 DUTY UPON APPROACHING STOP SIGN.

Every person operating a vehicle shall, upon approaching any stop sign erected in accordance with Section 424.01, cause such vehicle to come to a complete stop with the front wheels of the vehicle parallel with the stop sign.
