430.10 DRIVING ABREAST OF ANOTHER VEHICLE.

   No two or more vehicles shall be driven abreast except:

   (a)   When passing; and

   (b)   Upon such streets as have been designated as four-lane streets by resolution of Council or by action of another proper authority.
