430.08 RIGHT OF WAY WHEN OVERTAKEN.

The driver of a vehicle about to be overtaken and passed by another vehicle approaching from the rear shall give the right of way in favor of the overtaking vehicle when the driver of the overtaking vehicle gives an audible signal.
