404.28 VEHICLE.

A "vehicle" shall be defined as any device or structure designed for the purpose of transporting persons or things and which is self-propelled. Examples of a "vehicle" shall include, but shall not be limited to: carts, drays, buses, carriages, wagons, automobiles, stages, cabs, powered bicycles, motorcycles, tractors, trucks, etc.
