"Motorized cart" means all four-wheel vehicles which are motor driven and not more than seventy-six inches in overall length and not more than twenty-six inches in height. For the purpose of this Traffic Code, the terms "karts," "carts," "go-carts," "go-karts," and motorized cars coming within the above specifications shall be included and are intended to be included in the definition of motorized cart.
