286.02 RETIREMENT COMMITTEE.

Pursuant to Section 14 of LB 237, there is hereby established a retirement committee to supervise the general operation of the City police officers retirement system established pursuant to Sections 1 to 19 of LB 237. The general administration of that retirement system is hereby delegated to the retirement committee, subject to review by and the specific direction of the Mayor and Council.
