286.01 INTENT AND PURPOSE.

Legislative Bill 237, Eighty-Eighth Legislature, First Session, 1983, hereinafter called LB 237, enacted a retirement system for police officers of cities of the first class, and it is the intent and purpose of this chapter to implement LB 237 as enacted, and as it may be subsequently amended.
