270.04 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

It shall be the responsibility of the Tree Board in conjunction with the City Parks Superintendent to develop and administer an active, comprehensive City tree program. The Board, when requested by Council, shall consider, investigate, make findings, report and recommend upon any special matter or question relating to trees.
