270.01 CREATION; COMPOSITION; APPOINTMENTS.

There is hereby created and established in and for the City a City Tree Board, which shall consist of the City Parks Superintendent and four members, citizens and residents of the City, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council.
