268.02 APPOINTMENTS; TERMS.

The members of the Library Board shall be appointed by a majority vote of the members of Council. Two members of the Board shall be appointed for four-year terms at the first regular meeting following the Municipal election of 1982 and in the same manner every fourth year thereafter. Three members shall be appointed for four-year terms at the first regular meeting following the Municipal election of 1980 and in the same manner every fourth year thereafter.
