264.05 RECORDS.

The Board of Health shall keep a record of all its transactions, orders, notices and other actions taken by it, which records shall be filed with the Clerk-Treasurer and made public records of the City, accessible to the public for inspection in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer at all reasonable hours.
