240.08 SERVICE OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.

Pursuant to Section 18-1706, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1943, as amended, uniformed officers of the Police Division are authorized to provide police and emergency service outside the limits of the City when appointed as special deputies by the County Sheriff pursuant to his statutory authority.
