240.06 BONDS FOR RESERVE FORCE OFFICERS.

No appointment of a Police Division Reserve Force officer shall be valid until a bond in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000), payable to the City, has been filed with the Clerk-Treasurer by the individual appointed, which bond shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 11, Article 1, of the State statutes.
