236.05 FISCAL AND MUNICIPAL YEARS.

The fiscal year for the City shall commence on August 1 in each year insofar as revenue, fiscal management and liability are concerned. The Municipal year shall begin on the first meeting of December in each year insofar as organization and legislation are concerned.
