220.01 MEETINGS.

Regular meetings of the City Council of the City of Sidney, Nebraska, shall be held in the City Council room of the Municipal Building at 5:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each calendar month or at such other time and date as the City Council may determine.
