1284.99 PENALTY.

A violation of this chapter shall be a simple misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.
