Along all major arterials, as established by the officially adopted Comprehensive Plan 1 , there shall be a setback of seventy feet (70') from the center line of the right of way of the major arterial or twenty feet (20') from the edge of the right of way, whichever is greater. No building, structure, off-street parking facility or off-street loading facility shall be located in this setback. Where the condition imposed by this provision is either more restrictive or less restrictive than the yard requirements of individual zoning districts, the more restrictive requirement shall govern.
