A. Regulations:
1. No more than three (3) signs may be erected advertising any such sale.
2. No sign shall be erected more than one-fourth (1/4) mile distance from the site of the sale.
3. No sign shall exceed twenty four inches by thirty six inches (24" x 36") in size.
4. No sign shall be erected on private property without the permission of the property owner.
5. No sign shall be erected on any public right of way, nor attached to any public utility pole.
6. No sign shall be allowed to remain for a duration of more than seven (7) days.
7. The person or persons holding such sale shall remove all signs advertising such sale at the end of the sale.
B. Penalty: Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 93-725, 12-14-1993; amd. 1994 Code)
