A. Political signs announcing the candidates seeking public office, supporting or opposing election ballot questions of public policy and other dates pertinent thereto are not permitted in any street, road or highway right of way.
B. Except as specifically permitted by this code no signs are permitted on village property or in the right of way of any street, road or highway.
C. Signs which are not specifically permitted in the right of way may be removed and disposed of by the village. (Ord. 12-1663, 6-26-2012, eff. 4-23-2013)
