A. The Chief Building Official shall enforce the provisions of this Chapter, and the Chief Building Official or his designees shall inspect, at least once each year, each mobile home park and all the accommodations and facilities therein.
B. The Chief Building Official, or his designees are hereby granted the power and authority to enter upon the premises of such mobile home parks at any time for the purposes herein set forth. (Ord. 93-725, 12-14-93; amd. Ord. 20-1982, 8-25-2020)
