8-3-5: SEWAGE DISPOSAL:

A. Each mobile home park shall be provided with a sanitary sewerage system connected to a public sewerage system or park sewage treatment works. The sanitary sewerage system shall comply with the Village sewerage treatment and disposal provisions , the Illinois Plumbing Code and the rules and regulations of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency as well as the rules and regulations of the Chief Building Official as approved by the Board of Trustees.

B. Septic tank sewerage disposal systems shall not be approved for use in all mobile home parks established after the effective date hereof. (Ord. 93-725, 12-14-1993; amd. Ord. 20-1982, 8-25-2020)
