Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the words and phrases set forth in this Section shall have the meanings set forth herein when used in this Chapter:
CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL: The Chief Building Official is as defined in Title 1, Chapter 5, Article C of this Code.
DEPENDENT MOBILE HOME: A mobile home which does not have a toilet and bath or shower facilities. The mobile home park, as defined, excludes the dependent trailer coach or dependent mobile home from the mobile home park.
INDEPENDENT MOBILE HOME: A mobile home with self-contained toilet and bath or shower with provisions for connection to sewer and water riser pipes as defined in this Chapter.
MOBILE HOME: As defined in Title 10, Chapter 2 of this Code.
MOBILE HOME PARK: An area of land upon which two (2) or more occupied independent mobile homes are harbored, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and shall include any building, structure, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the equipment of such mobile home park.
MOBILE HOME LOT: Any portion of a mobile home park designed for use or occupancy of one mobile home.
SCHOOL DISTRICT: Any district created or operated under the provisions of the "The School Code" (105 ILCS 5/1-1 et seq.). (Ord. 93-725, 12-14-93; amd. Ord. 20-1982, 8-25-2020)
