1-6-11: BUILDING FEASIBILITY COMMITTEE:
   A.   Committee Created: A Building Feasibility Committee to the Village Board of Trustees is hereby created.
   B.   Composition: The Building Feasibility Committee shall consist of nine (9) members as follows: one Trustee who will serve as Chairman, the Village Administrator, the Chief Building Official, the Police Chief, the Village Treasurer, one member of the Finance Committee and three (3) residents of the Village, all who shall be appointed by the Village President with the advice and consent of the Board of Trustees.
   C.   Duration Of Committee: The Building Feasibility Committee shall be an ad hoc committee and shall exist until such time as the mission and duties as hereafter delineated are completed or until otherwise terminated by ordinance.
   D.   Mission And Duties: The mission of the Building Feasibility Committee is to advise and make recommendations to the President and Board of Trustees concerning the following:
      1.   To study the use of existing space in the Village Hall.
      2.   If expansion is deemed unnecessary, to make recommendations for improved use of space.
      3.   If expansion is deemed necessary, to make recommendations on size and design.
      4.   If expansion is deemed necessary, to make recommendations on projected costs and methods of financing. (Ord. 92-662, 9-22-1992; Ord. 20-1982, 8-25-2020)
