Unless otherwise posted by the village, use of the bike paths which are not in the right of way of a public street, shall be restricted to the hours of six o'clock (6:00) A.M. to eight o'clock (8:00) P.M. from November 1 to March 31, and from five thirty o'clock (5:30) A.M. to ten thirty o'clock (10:30) P.M. from April 1 to October 31.
