Where areas have been designated by signs or appropriate street markings as a "bike path", all motorized vehicles are prohibited from driving in the areas designated for bicycle traffic except: a) emergency and maintenance vehicles, and except b) motorized mechanical equipment used by those who have a medical or physical disability condition which requires its use. Violators shall be subject to a fine in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 03-1178, 8-26-2003, eff. 8-26-2003)
