The village adopts by reference chapter 3, Certificates of Title and Registration of Vehicles; chapter 6, Illinois Driver Licensing Law; chapter 7, Illinois Safety Responsibility Law; chapter 11, Rules of the Road; chapter 12, Equipment of Vehicles; and chapter 15, Size, Weight, Load and Permits of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1 et seq., as the same may be amended from time to time, as part of the vehicle code for the village. A copy of said code has been on file in the office of the village clerk and available for public use, inspection and examination at least thirty (30) days prior to the adoption thereof as provided in this chapter. The number system used by 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/1 et seq., is adopted as the numbering system for violations of said chapters adopted. (Ord. 00-998, 7-11-2000)
