A. It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a police officer of this village, the county of Will or the state of Illinois, to sell, manufacture, purchase, possess or carry nunchakus or similar weapon within the corporate limits of the village.
B. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 0-189, 4-23-1974; amd. 1994 Code)
