The owner of a dog determined to be a dangerous dog may file a civil complaint against the Village of Shorewood in Circuit Court within thirty five (35) days of receipt of notice of the dangerous dog determination. However, during all times of the appeal process until an order has been reviewed, the owner shall comply with the requirements set forth by the Village dog warden. (Ord. 18-1873, 2-27-2018)
