4-11-4: PROCESSING AND APPROVAL OF APPLICATIONS:
Applications for unscheduled intercity buses will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis. No more than one (1) application, regardless of operator, shall be approved by the Chief of Police for a given date, time, and location. (Ord. 24-2088, 1-9-2024)
