4-1-3: PROHIBITED ACCUMULATION:

No occupant, person, owner, agent of owner, or any premises or property shall permit Refuse, Garbage, Solid Waste, or Other Waste to accumulate upon any property except in appropriate containers prepared for pick up as hereafter provided. (Ord. 22-2037, 3-22-2022)
