4-1-1: PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Chapter is to regulate and control the accumulation, removal and disposal of refuse, to eliminate unsanitary and unsightly conditions in the Village and to provide for the payment and collection of fees by residents. (Ord. 22-2037, 3-22-2022)
