A. The stated purpose of this chapter is to provide for fair and efficient enforcement of village ordinances as may be allowed by law and directed by ordinance through administrative adjudication of violations of said ordinances thereby reinforcing voluntary compliance and expediting correction and prosecution of violations of said ordinances.
B. The establishment of an administrative hearing and adjudication system under this chapter does not preclude or prohibit the village from using any other legal system or other methods for correcting or enforcing violations of its ordinances. (Ord. 23-2060, 1-24-2023)
