If a request for a Mobile Food Vending License or a proposed location is denied, the applicant shall have the right to appeal to the Village Administrator.
A. Any person or entity filing an appeal pursuant to this Section Chapter shall notify the Village Administrator in writing of the appeal within seven (7) days after the decision for which the appeal is sought
B. The applicant shall have the burden of providing proof to establish that the decision appealed from should be reversed. (Ord. 22-2040, 4-26-2022)
