Mobile Food Vending Licenses shall be divided into the following types.
A. Type A Mobile Food Vending Licenses are designed to accommodate Mobile Food Vending Businesses that participate in Special Events, such as private parties, block parties, company picnics, and visits to local businesses.
1. Type A1 Licenses are valid for a calendar year.
2. Type A2 Licenses are valid for a single day.
B. Type B Mobile Food Vending Licenses are designed to accommodate Mobile Food Vending Businesses that visit multiple locations throughout the day, such as ice cream trucks and job site canteen trucks.
1. Type B1 Licenses are valid for a calendar year.
2. Type B2 Licenses are valid for a single day. (Ord. 22-2040, 4-26-2022)
