3-21-2: DEFINITIONS:
For the purposes of this Chapter, the following definitions shall apply.
MOBILE FOOD VENDING UNIT: A vehicle establishment that is designed to be readily moveable from which food is sold, cooked, or served, including motorized vehicles, trailers, push carts, and tricycle carts. Food trucks, food trailers, canteen trucks, ice cream trucks, ice cream trailers are examples of mobile food vending units.
MOBILE FOOD VENDOR: A person or business that owns or operates a Mobile Food Vending Unit. (Ord. 22-2040, 4-26-2022)
