3-21-1: MOBILE FOOD VENDING LICENSE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate within the Village a Mobile Food Vending Unit, as defined in this Chapter, without first having obtained a license for that purpose. (Ord. 22-2040, 4-26-2022)
