CORNER LOT: A lot or parcel of land abutting upon two (2) or more streets at their intersection or upon two (2) parts of the same street forming an interior angle not exceeding one hundred thirty five degrees (135°).
INTERIOR LOT: A lot other than a corner or reversed corner lot.
LOT: A designated parcel, tract or area of land established by plat, subdivision or as otherwise permitted by law, to be used, developed or built upon as a unit.
REVERSED CORNER LOT: A corner lot, the street side lot line of which is substantially a continuation of the front lot line of the first lot to its rear.
THROUGH LOT: A lot which fronts on two (2) parallel or approximately parallel streets and which is not a corner lot.
