3-3-24: PENALTIES:

In addition to, and not in lieu of, any other penalties or remedies which may exist, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to suspension or revocation of license as above provided, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
