The local liquor control commissioner may fine, suspend for not more than thirty (30) days 1 or may revoke for cause any license issued by him if he determines that the licensee has violated any of the provisions of law or ordinance or any rule or regulation established by the local liquor control commissioner or state liquor commissioner, which is not inconsistent with law, all in the manner and as provided by law.
