A. Definitions: For the purpose of this section, the words and phrases used herein shall have the following meanings unless otherwise clearly indicated by the context:
ADULT ORIENTED BUSINESS OR SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS: Shall have the meaning as set forth in the business and license regulations of this code 1 .
FASHION SHOW: Any entertainment, modeling, demonstration or any other activity at which male or female undergarments, bathing suits or lingerie are displayed on a human body.
B. Adult Oriented Business/Sexually Oriented Business And Fashion Shows Prohibited: No licensee or other person shall offer or permit any adult oriented business/sexually oriented business or fashion show on any portion of the licensed premises.
C. Sale Of Clothing Prohibited: No licensee or other person shall sell or offer for sale or offer as a prize for a raffle any clothing that constitutes male or female undergarments, bathing suits or lingerie on any portion of the licensed premises. (Ord. 09-1561, 11-24-2009, eff. 1-1-2010)
