3-3-14: CONDITIONS OF LICENSE; CONDUCT OF BUSINESS:
   A.   License To Be Posted: The license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be posted in a prominent place within the licensed premises.
   B.   Conduct Of Business, Generally: The licensee and his or her associates, members, representatives, agents, officers and employees shall, at all times, be personally responsible for the proper operation of the business, including compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the observation of all laws and regulations applicable thereto.
   C.   Live Entertainment; Disorderly Persons: No licensee hereunder shall permit live entertainment unless specifically authorized by its license, or permit loitering, any disorderly conduct or disturbance of the peace thereon. It is the responsibility of the licensee or an employee acting in his behalf to immediately notify the Shorewood Police Department in the case of any disturbance. Failure to make a timely notification is a violation of the terms of this chapter.
   D.   Gambling Devices: It shall be unlawful to keep, have, use or permit to be used in any premises in the Village used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor any slot machine, pinball machine or other instrument or device upon which money is staked or hazarded or upon the result of the action of which money or other valuable thing is staked, bet, hazarded, won or lost, absent a charitable gaming license issued by the State of Illinois or video gaming as permitted by State law and provided that the Village does not by resolution or ordinance "opt out" of such video gaming.
   E.   Discrimination: No licensee licensed under the provisions of this chapter shall deny or permit his agents and employees to deny any person the full and equal enjoyment of the accommodations, advantagements, facilities and privileges on any premises in which alcoholic liquors are authorized to be sold subject only to the conditions and limitations established by law and applicable alike to all citizens.
