3-3-4: LICENSE AND COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale, at retail, in the village any alcoholic liquor without having a liquor license, or in violation of the terms of such license or in violation of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 09-1561, 11-24-2009, eff. 1-1-2010)
