A. Possession By Minors Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen (18) to possess a laser pointer except under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian.
B. Transfer Or Sale To Minors: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, business, or corporation to sell a laser pointer to any person under the age of eighteen (18).
C. Definition: For purposes of this Section a "laser pointer" is any hand-held device which contains a laser that emits an intense beam of light, including, but not limited to, Class 1, Class 2, class 2a, class 3a, class 3b, and class 4 lasers as defined by the code of federal regulations (21 CFR 1040.10, 1040.11).
